You can't really tell in this pic but the bottom has 16 stitches and the top has 30. I am still proud of it. I don't know why the pic turned out so bad but you get the idea.

first, happy birthday, I hope you had a good one. Secondly, your scarf looks pretty good man. I think you may be picking up stitches because you're not fully releasing the yarn when you pick up a new stitch. That's not correct knitter-speak, but it's the only way I know how to say it. Anyway, we miss you guys so much, we're having a party on friday and we were saying how much more fun it would be if you guys were here. Well, have a great halloween and say hi to chad for me=)
