AZ Hair Co. Can kiss my ass

Went to get my hair trimmed today. Went to this shop the last couple of times with a photo of exactly what I wanted. Didn't have the photo with me today as it is packed up. Tried to tell the girl I wanted to distinct layers, shorter in the front and longer in back, with my longest layer sitting just below my shoulder line, so I could still put it up. I walk out with one length just below my ears. I can't put it up and I look like I am 12 years old. What the hell am I supposed to do with this? It'll be at least 4 weeks before it gets to a length that doesn't make me look like a child. I didn't even have this style when I was 12! Ridiculous.
