Say goodbye to the ghetto
Well we move out and in tomorrow. I had my final walk-through yesterday and the couple who live there now are so nice. I spent 45 minutes with them going over how things work and what they are going to do next. They were leaving to do missionary work in Honduras but that fell through after they had already sold their house and quit their jobs so they are just going to travel the south pacific now. Kinda cool. The backyard has so many extras that the owner put in so I really feel like I am getting my moneys worth. He's leaving behind most of his speakers in the house. The whole house is wired with surround sound, including the backyard. I am very excited to get out of the ghetto! The new neighborhood has tons of man made lakes and there's a golf course down the street, it's private but we'll just play at night with flash lights! Plus it's so much cooler at night now that we're averageing 110 degrees and we're not even out of May yet. I am glad I have 5 days to unpack and get settled and adjusted to my new secluded surroundings. I don't do well with change, something tells me I may be crying a lot this weekend, mostly out of joy but some out of panic of leaving my old surroundings.
