So thank you to all my friends who helped me celebrate my birthday. We had lots of tame fun and lots of food. I am still convinced that "we" (amy, jamie, karin and I) could have beat "them" (chad, adam and jennifer) at trivial pursuit 90's edition (thanks so much to karin for that awesome present) if karin could control her outbursts of correct answers to "them". Never the less the girls and I fell asleep by 1:00a.m. as we are all old ladies. Although Jamie outlasted us all, she's also the oldest. Another thank you to karin for giving us something to listen to during the middle of the night. Her outbursts are not confined to the board game!!
i got some super duper presents. Honorable mentions go out to amy for the fuzzy hello kitty socks (see pic aboves)and to jennifer who saw through my cool girl facade and bought me a Legolas pillow case (also pic above). Thanks to jen, I now get to go to bed with Chad and Orlando Bloom. Life is good!

my first blog

So I have become a sheep (bahhh) and decided to blog my thoughts so that my two friends could read them, although poor amy has to hear me 5 days a week anyway so I guess I will only have one friend reading (man I am the run-on-sentence queen!)
I am at "work" I quote work because in this given day I am only here for 5 hours and so far all I have accomplished is 6 games of mahjongg and gossiping with friends on the phone or in store. And now ofcourse I am blogging which could get me written up if the right management were to walk in.
So glad to be part of the blogging community. Now I just have to have something to talk about and I am ready to go!
Hope to see all my ladies at the slumber party this Saturday.
