It's all about me

was the theme tonight for my late birthday bash. had all my favorite people here (except Amy who is geographically unable) to celebrate my 28th birthday. Chad even got to be here which is huge since he is almost never around on important dates because of work. He made some delicious appetizers and I ordered my favorite pizza and we ate and drank and played a game that Jackie got me as a present. Kristian got me a lamp that says "it's all about me" on one side and "princess" on the other and it's a pink crown (it's in the pic above.) Everyone had to leave early since it's a work day tomorrow but we had a good time, at least I did. Thanks guys!! Love you all

I forgot to post our few pics we took from Sedona last weekend. Slightly yellow but still a lot of green so I guees we should have waited a few weeks to go up for the colors. my bad.

we were stuck on 89A for a few minutes in traffic and when I looked up there was this red rock directly over us. kinda cool. 

I took this while I was driving with my arm hanging out the sun roof. Not too shabby if I do say so myself.

the sun is crazy bright this morning but you can pretty much see the yellow house with shit brown accents (my first hunch of it being brown with yellow accents was wrong.)

TGIF woo!

State Farm called me early this morning and gave me the okay to have my car repaired. My estimate came out to $4500 and that's assuming they use used parts. I told him that used parts sucked (I guess I'm a car snob) and the guy doing my estimate seemed to understand and said he wouldn't try very hard to find the used parts and probably go ahead and order new parts but I guess if I don't know about I wouldn't know the difference anyway. State Farm said it was clearly Stephen's fault and that even with the bright morning sun that he was probably going way to fast not to be able to stop in time. I agreed. I can't even imagine what his insurance rates are gonna look like now!
Tomorrow there's a Weight Watchers employee luncheon that I agreed to attend and then I found out that's it's like 5 hours long and so I'm playing hookie. It'd be one thing if this was my only job but come on it's my 3rd and I really don't need to sit thru all that when all I do is sign people in for 20 minutes. So I guess I'm not a great employee but god damn it's Saturday. Plus it's out by the airport and so I'd have to leave my house like 45 minutes early and well it's just not important for me to be there. Hopefully no one will notice.
Final thought for tonight, my neighbor, Guy (whom I just met for the first time right after my accident) is the guy responsible for painting my neighbors house orange. Well to cooridinate he painted his house diarhea brown with some lovely corn yellow accents. Like orange wasn't bad enough. They look like a bad example of what happens when you eat too much mexican food. Nasty. I'll get a pic of it tomorrow to treat you all!!

I'm getting older and my pants are getting looser!

Thanks to all the well wishers on my favorite day of the year. Last night I reached my 10% goal weight. In total I have lost just over 20 pounds and I am going strong. I have 7 more pounds to lose and then I can just maintain, which I've heard is harder but today is my day so I am eating and drinking anything and everything I want! woo hoo me!! My pants are falling off today. I meant to put on a belt but forgot and so now everytime I get up I have to pull them up. I am not complaining though.
Corina started on Monday and so far I feel she is going to fit in just fine. She may have some adjustment period since I've heard that her former manager was a lot more by the book than I am so she may find herself with not quite as much to do as she once had on a daily basis. Well gonna go work....sorry just laughed out loud and now I am composed again.

I forgot to post these so they are chronilogically out of order and it's probably going to bother me to much that I'll scrap my last post and put this first just so the days are straight.
